Get the Word Out!

TO CREATE YOUR EMAIL WITH ACTIVE LINKS:
1. Download the WORD document and customize.
2. Highlight the entire document or place your cursor anywhere on the WORD document and hit Control + A
3. Right click and hit COPY (or Control + C)
4. Open an email and place your cursor in the email, and then right click and PASTE (or hit Control + V).

Display!

Get sample books into people's hands to motivate orders!

  • This is CRITICAL! Display books for ease of viewing. Once people read 'God Smiled' they will be ready to order
  • Prominently display your large posters near entrances. Fill in Sale End Dates with a bold marker.
  • Place one smaller poster outside each classroom. Make sure your Sale End Date is easily readable.
  • Set up and man a table with books and flyers during drop off, pick up & fellowship times at church on Sunday

 At end of sale:

  • You will receive a full accounting of orders and one check for $5 per book ordered within a few weeks
  • Within four to six weeks, you will receive your school's book order. Simply distribute during pick up time
  • Please return your sample books in the postage paid envelope provided

"God Smiled" Book Order Worksheet (Fill in the blank)
This is also available to parents on your school's Order Page. It can be printed out as a worksheet prior to ordering online. For folks creating a book for someone else's child, it can also be downloaded and attached to an email.

How to customize and print your flyers:

Most PDF documents have blanks that you can easily customize with details of your sale.
  •  Click on the link to open the PDF document. Make sure you can see the 'blanks' by clicking on Highlight Fields in the upper right corner.
  • To enlarge view, locate the size area on the top toolbar (where you see numbers) click the down arrow until you can click on Fit Width.
  • Hover your curser over the blank field to see a prompt for the information needed.
  • Begin typing in the first blank field. Hit TAB to the move to the next blank field. (Type size is automatic.)
  • Print out your master, and then run off copies for your families. NOTE: Your customizations will not be saved once you close the document.
Microsoft Word documents can be customized and revised in anyway that you need.
  • Download the document to your computer, and then simply fill in the highlighted areas with information and details about your sale.
  • Remove the highlighting before printing by selecting the area and choosing No Color from the highlight tool.
  • Print out and make copies for distribution to your families. You can save your changes to your computer.
